This luxurious home has an open floor plan for easy living. The living room has a working fireplace, 50 inch plasma screen, Tivo, DVD, VCR and CD player. The kitchen is open to the living room across a large island with counter seating for 5. It is fully-equipped with a convection oven, quiet dishwasher, granite counters, and all the tools a cook could want. The dining room has a large French country farm table which seats 10, and French doors to the back porch. There are front and back porches, an upstairs deck, and a swingset in the backyard. The back porch has a dining table and a tankless Weber gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms, each with a limestone or tile bath, and a powder room on the main floor. Other amenities include Brazilian cherry floors throughout, AC, w/d on the main floor, wireless high-speed internet, and speakers in common areas inside & out. Town is an easy walk down Milk Street, yet the house has an away-from-it all feel. More photos available.

Relaxing Vacation

We recently stayed at this lovely home and even though the weather was less than spectacular we enjoyed every second. The home was well appointed, it was especially nice to have a private bath for each bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the owners could not have been nicer or more helpful. It was lovely having our morning coffee on the upstairs balcony. The film festival was excellent his year. As always we went to our favorite restaurant, Black Eyed Susan's. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends.n As stated it was an easy walk to town.
