This is a newer, luxurious condominium in the upscale, gated Vista Cay Resort. Absolutely perfect for a family getaway to the near by Disney World Parks or for the business traveler looking for luxury and convenience.

The condo is just 6 miles to Disney, 4 miles to Universal Studios, 2 miles to Seaworld, 10 minutes from Orlando International Airport, and under 5 miles to the well known Mall of Millennia, Belz Designer Outlet and so much more. While this luxurious condominium is located on Universal Boulevard, near all the action on International Drive/I Drive, the Vista Cay Resort and the prime location of this condominium gives vacation and convention goers a feeling of serenity.

The condominiums interior design is spacious with upscale professional décor. With 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds, this condominium provides plenty of space and comfort. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything one would need. The Laundry Room includes a washer and dryer. Each bedroom has cable TV and a DVD player. Your condo was ideal for our recent stay in Orlando. It fit our family of 5 perfectly with the 3 BR and 2 BA. It was very clean, well appointed and well represented by the photos! The King mattress was a bit past its prime; however, I understand that all mattresses were recently replaced. Sadly, we were unable to utilize the pool area as we spent full days at the nearby theme parks, enjoying the warm temps and bright sunshine. The resort location was ideal for traveling to both Disney and Universal, and an easy 15 min drive to MCO.

Your management company representative was very helpful in answering my questions and quick to respond. The recommended ticket/event vendor 'The Official Ticket Center' was also very pleasant, helpful and prompt in the delivery of the tickets to the front gate, at our request. I would highly recommend both.

Thank you for sharing your condo. We would certainly stay here again.

Gordgeous Condo minutes from Disney/Universal/Sea World

I have stayed in over twenty five Condo's across the United States on numerous vacations, and no condo was as nice, clean, affordable than this one. The listing was accurate to a tee, and the pictures don't do justice to how nice this Condo actually is. For anyone considering staying on Disney property versus a Condo, don't make that foolish decision and stay on Disney, as this is spacious, and beautiful inside out. I have already booked this condo for mid 2013, and my wife and kids are counting the days until it arrives. All I can say to the owner is (how we say it in Italian) Gracie, Gracie, Gracie.........

This is a great unit ! So clean and fresh.

My family stayed here this past July. It was awesome. The unit was clean and decorated with upscale furniture. The space was great, we had room for everyone and did not feel on top of each other. The owner was great in working with us on a last minute decision to rent. I cannot think of one thing to complain about this unit !

We stayed in this awsome condo with 4 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room! Very excellent location to Sea World, Discvoery Cove! Steve (the owner) was excellent to deal with. Would def. recomend this condo !!! Thanks Steve!!!
