Watch the big cruise ships dock as you have your morning coffee on the balcony, then later watch the America's Cup Racers. Enjoy the ultra-high ceilings with fans in this tastefully decorated unit. Be secure with our 24/7 guarded gate. Take a dip in the pool or a shower in the extra-large stall shower. The bedrooms and their baths are separate and private from each other and the Great Room. The kitchen has granite countertops and is gourmet equipped. You will want to come back!

We have now stayed at the beautiful condo twice and absolutely LOVED it. It is immaculately clean, spacious and has breathtaking views of Great Bay and Phillipsburg and a very clean community pool.It is in a gated community with 24 hour guard service. The property is just as the pictures show. Many beautiful memories of waking up in the morning and having a coffee, while overlooking Great Bay & seeing what Cruise ship has come into the dock. Or at night watching as the sun sets and the cruise ships sail away. Very highly recommened and the owners are easily contacted & friendly and if there are problems, & there is an onsite office for the community. We can't wait to go back next year!
