This one bedroom, deluxe villa is located in the 4000 building at the world renowned South Seas Resort. You will enjoy watching the activity in the small boat marina - Pine Island Sound is in the background.

The resort’s second largest pool is located here offering a hot-tub and gas grills. There is covered parking available. Take a short stroll to the world-renowned beach and enjoy the beautiful ponds and tropical lush vegetation you will see along the way.

The villa is renovated on an annual basis ensuring you will enjoy your stay in ultimate comfort with all the current updates. The living room has sleeper sofa, there is a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen and a full-size bathroom. The bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The Villa has flat-screen T.V.s and Elevators make the villa handicapped accessible.

We rented this condo on our honeymoon 10 years ago and came back with our little ones this year! Staying at this condo was such a delight! With plenty of room for our little ones! The condo was spotless with a well equipped kitchen. The beds were amazing...so comfortable!

There was so much to do with the beautiful beaches, fishing off the T dock at the end of the island, swimming in the pool, walking to Scoops to get ice cream, and going to the fun restaurants...our favorite Mucky Duck. We could walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go. It was such a relaxing time with our family,we can't wait to go back again!
