The Farm is located on 42 private acres intersected by The Mad River. This five bedroom farmhouse is well-appointed and has two baths, two living rooms, dining room, fireplace, and professional kitchen and multi-room stereo system. (Sleeps 10-14). Situated between Sugarbush and The Mad River Glen ski resorts, and just off Route 100, this little piece of heaven on earth offers vacationers a holiday retreat they'll never forget. Swimming is excellent in the summer months with The Farm’s sandy beaches, and both shallow and deep swimming areas. Winter Weekends Only Special: Min. of 5 consecutive weekends at $1200/weekend. Additional weekends can then be added, including holiday weekends and holiday periods at holiday rates.

The Farm is offered for rental on a nightly, weekly or seasonal basis depending upon availability. Minimum stays may apply for nightly rentals.

Ski Season and The Weekends Only Package: Sleeping 12+, the property can be leased for the full season, monthly, weekly or under our “Weekends Only” package, requiring a minimum commitment of five weekends during the winter season. Utilities are included in these rates, along with snow and trash removal as well as firewood. $700 per night (2 night min.) $4,200 per week – Regular Rates HOLIDAY RATES $800 per night. Monthly Rates/Ski Season - $6000 per month. SKI WEEKENDS-ONLY PLAN [5 weekend minimum] $1200/weekend. Additional weekends may be added, including holiday weekends at holiday rates.
