This property is located in the heart of the most exclusive section of of Old Naples, steps to the Gulf of Mexico and the fine shops of Fifth Ave and Third Street. The guest house has a screened lanai the size of the building with chaise lounges and patio furniture that allows a relaxing atmosphere of the tropical landscape. The guest house was recently remodeled with a new bath and appliances.
