This fantastic low county style house was built and furnished by a noted interior designer. The house is located through the second gate off Surf Song on a cul de sac overlooking the 18th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course. The house has east west exposure for catching the beautiful sunrise and sunsets! The house has approximately 3000 sq ft of interior space with decks and porches for outdoor living. All hard wood floors and 9-foot ceilings with crown molding, give the house a bright and airy feel. The first floor features an open floor plan for causal living and entertaining. The living /entertaining room has a fireplace, library and media center with a LCD TV. The dining room has a massive dining table with plenty of room for guests. The fully equipped kitchen( with gas cook top) features marble counters, a center island with bar stools and a breakfast nook.

The house is decorated in a beach style with many of the furnishings and original art collected by us in Europe. We maintain the house to the highest standard. There are 4 sat. TVs, stereo, CD, DVD players and a library of books. The Ocean Green community pool, which you may use, is a few yards away and the house is just a short walk to the beautiful beach! As part of the rental, you will be able to use the Kiawah Island Resort's package of golf (seasonal discounts), clubhouses for fine dining. Tee times, bike rentals are available through the resort. The Resort provides a house manager 24/7. If you wish to look at real estate we can refer you to Gordon Hillock our broker on the island. Other nearby activities include: Golf, tennis, biking, beach, nature trails, horseback riding, water sports, canoeing, fishing, Charleston's historic downtown, shopping and fine dining.

Located on the second floor both the king master and twin bedrooms have cathedral ceilings with baths and private terraces and lounge chairs. No dogs allowed.

Great location. Close to beach, neighborhood pool, Night Heron, and Sanctuary. House has a wonderful floor plan and is very comfortable. The art and decor is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful views from inside, the front porch, balconies, or screened-in porch.

Wonderful place for a family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location was excellent with just a short bike ride/walk to the beach and the pool just up the street. Spacious, well decorated rooms with a large back porch overlooking the golf course. The house could easily accomodate 2 smaller families. We have been to Kiawah many times and we would definitely stay in this home again.
