Beautiful, Spacious, Newly Refurbished Apartment In Quiet Location
Relax in our brand new, beautifully converted apartment with stunning views of Mont Blanc and Les Bossons Glacier. It is perfectly located for exploring all the Chamonix Valley has to offer, all year round.
At 60m2, the apartment feels exceptionally spacious. The open plan living room is large with ample space to sit ten or more for dinner round the expandable table and relax on the corner sofa afterwards. The kitchen area is brand new with induction hobs, microwave, integrated coffee machine and dishwasher. The owners use the apartment regularly themselves and kitchen appliances and equipment are of high quality.
Attention to detail is evident throughout, with good storage for ski, climbing or walking equipment, including a cave with a six-pair boot warmer and ski storage.
The master bedroom has fitted oak wardrobes and can be arranged as two singles or one super king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a top bunk bed, with two single beds underneath which can also be arranged as a double bed. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge.
In warm weather, enjoy the evening sun or a BBQ on the roof terrace with spectacular views of the North face of the Aiguille du Midi, Mont Blanc and Les Bossons glacier.
The Brevent and Les Houches ski areas are a five minute drive away, as is the Aiguille du Midi cable car for the world famous Vallee Blanche. The Mont Blanc tunnel gives access to Italy in less than 25 minutes - Courmayeur, the Aosta valley and fantastic Italian food! Hiking trails start a couple of minutes from the apartment and the popular Les Gaillands lake and climbing crag are under ten minutes walk. There are some fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance.
The bus stop and train station are a two minute walk for travel within the valley. Chamonix town centre is a 25 minute walk. We recommend a car where ever you stay in the Chamonix valley, but the apartment is well connected enough so that you don't need one.
Geneva airport is a 55 minute drive, making it easily accessible for short as well as longer stays. Changeover day is Friday making La Bossonade ideal for a long weekend stay; it is possible to arrive after work on Friday evening and wake up in the mountains on Saturday. It is also possible for guests to extend their stay to the following weekend to allow extra time to ski or enjoy the valley.

Why Emily and Alex chose Les Bossons
We were spending increasing amounts of time in Chamonix... We first came here because it's the best place in Europe to ski (and five years later we are still exploring new parts of the mountains every time we come), but fell in love with the town too. Chamonix is a town and so feels like a 'real place' rather than a ski resort, and there is loads to do all year round. We chose our apartment in Les Bossons because of its location - walkable from town and next to bus and train stations for travel round the valley - and because the apartment itself is wonderfully spacious and modern on the inside, whilst retaining the character of being in a small older building.
What makes this apartment unique
From the terrace, the views of Mont Blanc and the Les Bossons glacier are stunning. The apartment is very well designed. As well as being very spacious, we use it a lot ourselves and so the kitchen is well stocked with equipment and there are lots of places to store and dry kit, including a six-pair boot warmer which ensures warm boots first thing in the morning.
