Stratton Access Road is just two miles away. Our driveway is a 1/4 mile long off Route 30. It winds up to our private custom built home on 90+ acres. Open floor plan with a spectacular raised fieldstone fireplace in the living area and a custom cherry & tile kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are attached to bathrooms, one on each floor. One of these main bedrooms has a fieldstone fireplace and cathedral ceiling. Unlike almost all others, this seasonal winter rental includes the driveway maintenance. It will be plowed and sanded, saving you hundreds. There is a view of Bromley off the 48 ft deck. Magic Mountain is 10 minutes away. Okemo and Mt. Snow are less than a 1/2 hr drive. Cross country ski trails are nearby too. Just a few minutes away are the vast trails for your snowmobiling enjoyment. This home is completely ready to enjoy, furnished and stocked with all things expected.

Minutes to snowmobile trails, lakes&rivers, hiking trails, the Alpine slide, wonderful shopping outlets, or enjoy the boutiques, the Vermont Country Store, Antique shops and nearby art galleries. You can choose from several golf courses that all provide breathtaking views of the Green Mountains. There are two nearby Tennis Schools/clubs, enjoy for the day, weekend or longer. Ask us about playing paintball, a sleigh ride, horseback riding or snowshoeing. Pamper yourself at one of Vermont's fine spas, ask for details. Fly Fishing, how about a guided tour? Enjoy the fabulous folliage by gondola or by a scenic driving tour. Rent a canoe or Kayak and enjoy a nearby lake or river. Eat at one of our finest and/or unique restaurants, try a romantic nearby inn, just ask for our recommendation. If you are looking for a day drive then don't miss Ben and Jerry's or the Shelburne Farm Museam.

This home was very accommodating for my family and dog. We felt at home here with such a wonderful cozy feeling. We enjoyed skiing at Bromley and Statton during the day and warming up around the big fireplace at nite playing board games and sledding at a local hill. This was the perfect hideaway, yet a very short drive to the Stratton and Manchester for shopping! Would definitely recommend to friends. Every amenity was available; owners provided quick response to questions with good customer service.
