Beautiful beachfront unit! Only one of seven units in this Gulf front paradise! This is a tremendous location for getaways with family and friends. Very private - no public beach access anywhere nearby so the gorgeous white sand beach is yours!

Complex was built in 2000 and features a heated pool. The condominium was redecorated in 2007 with new carpet, paint, crown molding, linens, etc . . . New living room furniture and plush KING SIZE BED in Master Bedroom and plush QUEEN BED + Twin Bed in 2nd Bedroom! Unit opens up to another 2 bedroom with double doors if 2 units are needed by the same group.

Enjoy the beach side shuffleboard court, the tiki bar and tiki hut tables waterside with new chaise lounges at the pool as well as on the beach. Unit is just a few steps from many intercoastal restaurants and the best breakfast on the beach! Poolside refrigerator to keep your beverages cold and close by!

Indian Rocks Beach is simply Paradise! We purchased this vacation rental because of the privacy of the beach in comparison to the other condos which are so much larger and more crowded. Our building has only 4 units and the nearest public access to a beach has only parking for 4 vehicles! Beautiful, serene beach and pool area makes this the perfect beach vacation!

What makes this condo unique

Sipping coffee on the balcony overlooking the serene Gulf Waters every morning is the ultimate relaxation! Walking distance to a few of the restaurants on the beach is also a plus including an outstanding Italian and a fun Tapas Restaurant all within walking distance!

Million Dollar View!!!!!

As soon as we arrived and I saw the view from the living room sliding glass door, I knew I was in Paradise!! It was just perfect and made for an awesome vacation! We were never hot, always a breeze from the gulf which is just steps away!! There are only 4 units and it is so peaceful and private!
Prime Location for restaurants and beach bars AND Lighthouse Donuts , We walked every where we went and I only took the car out to Publix to get a groceries . There is also a surf shop across the street and you can rent long boards, paddle boards and even lessons!!
The Master Suite was comfortable and private, I cant wait to come back!! So perfect

Best family vaction ever!

We had 3 generations sharing this condo and the unit next door (which opened up to ours). It was the best vacation we have ever taken. The unit was exactly as described, if not better. We loved having the staircase that went directly to the gulfside pool. Spent lots of time watching the waves and the sunsets from the living room and the balcony. The beach never felt crowded and we had the pool to ourselves most days. Also loved having Lighthouse Donuts across the street :D We can't wait to go back!!

Lovely week on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this condo. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We had a problem with the air conditioning but the owner quickly went out of his way to get it fixed. The beach is lovely and not too crowded. We used the pool a lot as well. Sound proofing between the units isn't great but didn't prove a problem for sleeping or anything. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Beach Location

My husband and I enjoyed a week of relaxation in this well appointed condo that was pet friendly. The only downside - not the owner's issue - was the noise from above due to no carpeting which tends to be noisy if you live below. However, the beach was gorgeous, the condo was clean, beds comfortable and tons of eating establishments within a stone's throw of the condo - most of them allow your pet to dine with you. It wasn't crazy touristy or busy and very family friendly. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet at night if you wanted to walk the beach and stargaze. We would highly recommend this property and would return in the future. The owners were very helpful and gracious; especially allowing pets to stay. Great place to recharge!

Indian Rocks Beach is a great place and this condo offers the best of all worlds. It's right on the beach and very quite yet within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and other amenities. The condo is very clean, well stocked, and the pool area is cleaned every day. A nice gas grill and chaise lounges for the beach make this a great place to relax for the week.
