Home of the best winter and summer activities Colorado has to offer! 'Villas at Swans Nest' is nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River, just a half mile off Highway 9 about 4 miles north of downtown Breckenrdige. You'll find relaxation 'off the beaten path' but still be close to four major ski resorts and everything the area has to offer. Our condo, built in 1999, is a top floor unit in a six unit building and was recently decorated with all new furniture, paint, bedding and linens. Located 4 miles north of downtown Breckenridge in a quiet valley off the main road between Breckenridge and Frisco. It is a short drive of no more than 10 minutes to the Breckenridge ski area, and the there are 4 other resorts within easy driving distance. Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Arapahoe Basin are within 20 minutes, and Vail about 40 minutes.

This was our 6th time returning to this condo...what a great place to stay! It is beautifully decorated and well cared for. The set-up is ideal for families with children that need space both inside and out. The loft is wonderful for the kids to have "their own space". There is and open area near the pond/stream just outside the condo. We love the location as it is close to Breckenridge but just enough outside of it to provide a peaceful relaxing setting. It is a great place to stay! We plan to return again.

Breckenridge Vacation at the Villa

My family and I found this property to be everything we expected and more. John has taken the time to figure out how to make the villa a wonderful place for the whole family. The property was clean and had all the conveniences of home.

The location was wonderful. It was very close to Breckenridge and Frisco. There were many trails and activities nearby.

The transaction process was simple and the customer service was great!

I would recommend this property to others, but I would rather keep it a secret for myself.

Great Place

What a great place for kids & adults alike. Water close by in the form of a stream behind the townhome and a pond just a stroll away. The other reviews weren't kidding when they said they saw a beaver! Amazing! The place was cozy and at night we fell asleep to the sound of the stream out back. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything from utensils to spices that we only ate out once. Truly felt like home. A great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the mountains in the summer.

Great Summer Family Vacation

Loved our stay here over the 4th of July. Everything we needed for a memorable vacation for our group of 8. Loved waking up to the stream rushing by and a view of the mountains outside our window. Beds were very comfortable. Grilled out on the deck a couple times and used the griddle to make blueberry pancakes a couple mornings. Everything we needed in the kitchen made it all easy. Hiked the trail just behind the condo south as it follows the stream all the way down to Tiger Road. What a great little walk in the evening. Great biking opportunities nearby too. We forgot to bring the fishing poles but you can take the kids fishing right outside the door too. Great directions and help from the owner. Favorite activities - ATV ride at Continental Divide ATVs, hiking at Loveland Pass and watching the fireworks in Breck on the 4th. Favorite restaurant hands down is Food Hedz in Frisco but loved the burgers at Motherlode in Breckenridge too. The condo was a great place to spend our evenings gathered in the living room to play games and share stories about our day. Thanks for providing a great place for us to vacation together.

More than met expectations.

For a 5-night stay, this condo was very comfortable, clean, and plenty spacious to sleep our group of 7. The location was very convenient for where we decided to ski (2 days at Copper Mountain, and 2 days at A-Basin). Having an attached garage was also a plus for storing ski gear for 7. It was a great trip, and I highly recommend this place.
