Photos and Description of the Helen vacation cabin rental

15 miles from Helen; 12 miles from Clarkesville. Recently renovated cabins(2) on the Chattahoochee River. Property includes 75+ private acres with 3,000' river frontage. Each cabin has a deck overlooking the river. There are numerous Cherokee Indian 'trail trees' on the property and several nature trails by the river and on a ridge. Location on the Chattahoochee River is approximately 1/2 mile south of where the Soque River joins the Chattahoochee River. This is approximately 1 mile below Buck Shoals , Georgia's canoeing & kayaking center to open in summer 2007. NO smoking Limit each cabin to either: 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children

Bring your canoe, kayak, fishing tackle and camera. Great spots to camp and hike. Hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, rafting, tubing, wildlife viewing, bird watching, horseshoes. Great restaurants (barbeque to fine dining), antiquing, mountain activities in nearby Helen and Clarkesville. No Hunting!
