Very large deck (300 sq. feet) with large glass table with umbrella and chairs, seats 6 comfortably. See the gorgeous sunsets with a view of Provincetown. Just steps to the private bay beach for swimming, boating, and lovely walks on the sand. Located just minutes by car to Provincetown or take the shuttle bus right across the road to Ptown or up Cape to Wellfleet, Orleans & Harwich. The cottage is fully equipped for cooking with stove, microwave, and regular size refrigerator. One full bathroom, with shower. Lounge in front of the TV with cable (watch the Red Sox in the playoffs and see them win the World Series, again) or look out at the bay through the slider and windows. See and thoroughly enjoy the beauty of the sky and changing ocean colors which is also exceptionally lovely in the Fall when the Cape becomes less busy. The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, and each bedroom has a double bed. One bdrm overlooks the Bay, the other, the Truro Hills.

Nearest Ferry: Provincetown at 1 Miles
Car: recommended
Bicycle path right across the road leading to an ocean beach. Provincetown has tons of wonderful shops including the East End with one gallery after another for some of the best art anywhere. Fish right on your private beach or go deep sea fishing from the Provincetown pier. Wonderful restaurants in Provincetown or try the ones closer in in Truro. Wellfleet is only 20 minutes from White Village and there you will find a picturesque town with lovely shops, restaurants and galleries. For nightlife, go into Ptown where you will find dancing, live shows, movies, and cafes.

Futon in main room does not afford privacy, but can provide a separate sleeping space if someone needs to sleep alone. Bring a pillow for futon if you think you'll need to use the extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has a full-size bed. Bedroom facing the water has two night tables and reading lights, dresser, shelves hooks and small clothing rod. October on Cape Cod is lovely!: On the water in October is quite lovely with the cooler weather, change of colors of the Bay and sky. Bring your camera or paints and capture the beauty at this time of the year. It will be quiet and peaceful; fall asleep easily to the sound of the water; see the Provincetown skyline at night, all lit up and twinkling. Take advantage of the good sales at the numerous shops along Commercial Street St. minutes away by car from the cottage.

Spring time on Cape Cod: Beat the summer vacationers while it is still quiet and traffic free!! Artists & writers, come and enjoy the lovely land, sea and sky scapes for creating your art, undisturbed by passers by. From inside the cottage you have a wide and crystal clear view of the beach, bay water, sky and Provincetown skyline. Night photography is easy from the deck when the night sky is filled with twinkling stars; on clear nights the moon makes the water look like shimmering gold.

Other Activities: Just steps to beach from deck. Always enough water for swimming even in low tide.

This praise is long overdue. We had a lovely August week in your cottage. It's always nerve-wracking to put down money on a place sight unseen but were so pleased. We were thrilled to find that the cottage more than just the strict essentials. For example, there were little "extras," like Ziploc bags, charcoal, and a nightlight! Thanks again!
Owner's Response: It is always so nice to hear back from guests. I try to provide the little extras as if I were going to stay there too (which I do in the Spring and Fall). Thank you much Carolyn

We've been staying in North Truro for many years, and in this cottage for 4 seasons. It's GREAT all the amenities you would wish for. Sunsets on the deck are awesome, early morning beach walks serene. The beach is very private and never crowded.

Just wanted to say "thank you again!" The four of us really enjoyed our two weeks so much that we want to book now for next year. It was great our boys could play right on the beach in front of the cottage. We flew kites, swam, caught 20 striped bass and completely relaxed! It was hard heading back to reality. Thanks again.
