Charming lakefront haven with private, shallow, kid-friendly beach, and large dock/ boat lift. Stunning sunsets, lake and mountain viewing through expansive dining/ living area windows. Classic natural woodwork throughout roomy 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath gambrel-style cottage. Fully equipped kitchen, bath with shower, spacious living/ dining area on lower level. Three roomy bedrooms and 1/2 bath on second level. Property has large open yard and is well-protected from the road. Also has Adirondack lounging chairs, gas BBQ grill, and TV/DVD. Rental guests: Must bring linens and towels, leave cottage as found - cleaning supplies are provided, honor 6 person limit to prevent septic problems and lake contamination, Bottled drinking water is recommended.
