Litchfield Hills, Highland Lake, 5 bedroom classic lakefront house on beautiful, clean trophy trout lake 3.5 miles long. Perfect for romantic getaways or family and friend gatherings. Great for a weekend break from the city to relax. Wonderful for fall foliage outings. Wake to beautiful views of lake. 2 hours from NYC and 45 mins from Stockbridge and Great Barrington. House is fully furnished with all modern amenities and stone fireplace. Boathouse on water has been converted into a bar and recreation room (not heated). Enjoy amazing beautiful views in each season. ***ALREADY BOOKED SOLID FROM JUNE 12 TILL AUGUST 14

Cross Country ski on frozen lake right out your door. Multiplex in town, see a movie on opening night without standing in city lines (do you remember those days!) Historic movie theatre in town shows more intelligent films while serving you dinner and drinks. Sledding, skating, snowmobiling, ice fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, antiquing all in the area or just sit in front of the fireplace and cuddle. The lake has a sand bottom and a gradual deepening, great for swimming for all ages.

  • $400 p/n if 4 or less, $500 p/n otherwise
  • $400 p/n if 4 or less people, $500 p/n if more, minimum of 2 nights(no weekend rentals during summer, only weekly)
    $1500/week off season - $2000 a week in June
    $3500/week in summer(July and August) for house which sleeps maximum of 10 people per night plus the 2 br guest house which sleeps maximum of 6 people, the guest house will not be rented without the main house.
    There is a no cancellation policy.

Good accomodations for us. Great place to entertain 9 Adults and a 3-2-1 year old. Good clear water, great swimming and fishing. Central location to several side trips. High recommend.
