Has great stuff but bathrooms need work

The place has a alot of great features. Plenty of room, great house boat bar, fairly good access to clean water, great porch, but the place could be better cleaned and the bathrooms need to be overhauled.
Owner's Response: We don't have a house boat bar, it is a boat house bar. I'm not sure how this is only "fairly good access to clean water", we have 100' of waterfront property with a stone staircase into the lake, a large deck and boathouse rec room built onto the water and a private dock for your boat. Yes, the bathrooms need to be renovated, but why stop there, the entire house needs to be renovated, its a 120 year old lakehouse, and we call it "Camp Treusch", its simple, basic and user friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel room. If you are looking for a new polished house, this is not the house. However, I do take issue with the cleanliness, i have a great housekeeper and caretaker who come to the house to check on guests and make sure all is good. If there were any issues or cleanliness problems they are there to fix. So why would you not bring this up when you are there and instead wait to post a review? As most of my guests each year are repeat renters, i'm sorry to say this guest won't be. Unfortunately I think this will have to go into the "can't please all the people all the time" category.
