Absolutely Perfect!!

LOOK NO FURTHER!! This condo is great! Very clean and well kept. Even though it is a one bedroom it is VERY spacious with plenty of sleeping options. My girlfriend and I traveled to P-town (this time to get married!!!) with my Mother and our dog. We were ALL very comfortable with plenty of room to stretch out. The location can't be beat. It is right near Commercial street (near town center) but down a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. The patio out back is private and great for sipping coffee and kicking back in the morning. My girlfriend and I have been to P-town and stayed in numerous places. This is by far the best one yet! The owner is very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Would recommend to anyone and you can bring your dog!! Not easy to find a NICE place that will also allow your pet. We WILL be renting again. Hopefully soon!!

Adorable Condo, Prestine Conditions!

I can't say enough about this wonderful condo. It was clean, spacious, bright and very comfortable. The location was perfect - set back on a quiet street, but close enough to everything, especially the center of town. I can't wait to come back again.

A Great 'Home Away From Home'

This place is bigger than it looks in the pictures, it's very roomy, much more so than the pictures illustrate. We loved how bright and airy it felt with the tall cielings and skylights. And the kitchen has a wall of windows looking right onto the private patio.

We went out for dinner about half the time we were in P-Town but also opted to cook in and have some cozy "at home" dinners as a chill-out alternative to going out for dinner because the kitchen was big and well equipped for cooking (well stocked on dinnerware, pots/pans, utensils). Plus the big grocery store is a quick 2 minute drive away. Very convenient.

The house is out Commercial Street fray, but we could walk into town in a just a few minutes. That was really excellent because parking in P-Town is like, forget about it! So being able to walk right into town was great, and being out of the fray was great because it was quiet. It was also a very quick car ride to Herring Cove beach (about 5-7 minutes).

We also appreciated that the house was VERY clean.

You can tell the owners really care about presenting a lovely, cozy, "home away from home" kind of vacation rental.

We had a great time in P-Town and owe a lot of our enjoyment to staying at such a nice place where we felt we could really relax.

We'll be back! And we definitely will recommend to our friends who enjoy going to P-Town.
