As soon as you walk in the door and see the vista through the living-room picture window, you will realize you are in a first-class unit. Whether you are on vacation or on business, you will totally enjoy the spaciousness and convenience of the apartment.
Our apartment is within easy walking distance of downtown Vancouver with all its major stores and the business world. The proximity of both offices and stores is an asset for both executives who would want quick and easy access to office buildings and those who love to shop. Stanley Park is also within walking distance and is a beautiful park to walk or cycle around or just simply sit on a bench and watch the world go by.
The Classico has a fitness centre, a good-sized pool and hot tub, and sauna facilities along with both men's and women's change rooms. These facilities are to be found on the third floor and are for the use of all residents.
In addition, Classico has secure underground parking facilities available to all residents in the building. There is one parking stall assigned to our unit which is for the use of all our guests.
Access to the North Shore is over the Lions Gate Bridge or via the Seabus. All snowsports in the winter, and hiking and biking in the summer can be done at Grouse Mountain, Cypress Park or Seymour Mountain.
Whistler is one-and-a-half hour's drive away and is a most spectaclar and scenic drive. There are many trails to hike or bike in the summer and in the winter the ski-ing is memorable.
