Our spacious Nantucket-style home boasts a large wrap-around front deck in addition to 2 screened-in porches off the kitchen and living room. A fourth porch is located by the back entrance with a BBQ and seating area.These are the perfect spots for enjoying an early breakfast or dinner, while taking in the gorgeous views of one

of the cleanest lakes in New England. Our home sits across the

street from our 2 private and fenced beaches. One beach is designated to this rental thus you do not have to share the beach with any other parties.The frontage is a gently sloping white sugar sand beach, complete with a gazebo for picnics or star-gazing. The

home has a fire-placed living room, large kitchen and spacious

master bedroom with private bath. A boat launch and marina are directly across from the property's driveway or we have a boat slip

for an additional fee.Short walk to several local restaurants,Shackett 's Market and church bingo. Many area attractions, including the Mt. Washington Steamship, Polar Caves, Meredith Market Place, Funspot and the outlet stores are only a

half hour drive away. Extend your waterfront enjoyment with use of

our canoe, paddle boat and swim raft.

Great location for foliage, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, boating, and ice fishing. Only 15 minutes from Tenney Mountain, 25 minutes from Ragged Mountain, and right off the Route 11 snowmobile trail. Major Route 93 ski areas (Waterville Valley, Cannon, Loon Mtn.) are a 45 minute drive. Wellington State Park (hiking trails, beaches, boat ramp) is a 5 minute drive.
