This section has large lawns and yards with lots of flowers and palm trees to make you feel you are in a Desert Paradise. Beautiful mountain views in all directions. There is golf, tennis, pool on site. Restaurants, spas, best shopping all within minutes of the unit. Two car garage, and a private treed yard. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting at the table outside of your unit. No neighbor above or beside to disturb you. Updated kitchen and baths. High speed cable for your use included. One Pet will be considered with a non refundable security pet deposit. Check with owner on this issue.
