Beautiful 3 bedroom villa with heated pool and spa in the peaceful Tuscan Ridge development. Situated on Hwy 27 halfway between Davenport and Disney world. Sleeps 6.

Close to all main Orlando and Florida attractions and close to several good golf courses such as Disney World 15 mins, Sea World / Discovery Cove / Aquatica / Gatorland 25 mins, Universal Studios 35 mins, Wet n Wild aqua park 30 mins, Champions gate golf course (designed by Greg Norman - stunning) 5 mins, Highland Reserve golf course 5 mins. Several other stunning golf courses within 15 mins, Orlando International Airport 35 mins, Orlando Sanford 50 mins, Kennedy Space Centre 1 hr 10 mins, Berry Town shopping complex, 2 Public shopping areas and several restaurants all within 5 mins, Two huge designer outlet villages 20 mins. Several major shopping malls in Orlando - Millennia Mall, Florida Mall etc.

Note:

Air con with digital temperature control and 3 large ceiling fans. Private heated pool / heated spa fenced off with a removable child safety guard. I have fenced off the rear yard and the pool area for you privacy (nearly all Orlando villas back on to each other with no privacy screening). Nice fenced off garden area at rear to catch some late afternoon sun. There is also a patio adjacent to the pool to relax and cool off. Double garage/Parking for six vehicles. Carpets in the bedrooms for comfort. I have installed wooden flooring in the other parts of the house so you do not have to worry so much about marking carpets, spilling drinks etc. Motorised queen blow up bed in garage if required.

Further Details:

Strictly no smoking in the house.

If you are worried about breaking things in the house (or being blamed for something someone else has broken) my property management company provide damage insurance for $45 for the duration of your stay and this will cover you for up to $3,000 worth of damage.

Although I am a new owner I pay a property management fee (a small fortune) to manage the property and look after your needs whilst you are staying in my home. My property management company came highly recommended and they have an office literally 5 minutes away from the villa.

  • Prices include taxes. Pool heat - $10 per day. Returnable security deposit is required with final balance. Payments accepted in £GBP, $USD cheques/checks, Credit Cards, money orders and wire transfers. Credit card payments will incur a fee. A charge of up to £50 ($90) for cleaning will normally be made on stays of less than 6 days. A deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking. Final balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday unless it is a last minute booking.
