Bring your family and friends and enjoy this extremely spacious 1,800 sf unit. This condo is in a building with only 5 other units and is situated off by itself next to a wooded area. Located on Horseshoe Bend next to the Lodge of the Four Seasons, Waters Edge enjoys a premiere location at the lake and features a gated entrance with security, swimming pool, tennis courts, small playground, and an abundance of mature trees. Each of this condo's three bedrooms has access to a private deck with a lake view. The main deck holds a gas grill, table and chairs, and also has a lake view. Master bedroom features a king sized bed, television, and private bath. Second bedroom has two full-sized beds and full bath across hall. Third bedroom has two double beds, television/DVD/CD combo and a private bath.

Lake of the Ozarks is a resort town. All water activities are available (boating, jet ski, parasail) with numerous rental locations nearby. This condo is conveniently located near a number of golf courses, including Witch's Cove, a Robert Trent Jones course. Water's Edge also is close to many restaurants and bars, a regional outlet mall, and the Bagnell Dam 'strip'. A little farther away are two state parks, a water park, and several caves open to the public.

GREAT CONDO!!! Highly recommend this one!

The bedroom set up for this condo is great for a large family. We (the grandparents) and our two daughters along with their husbands and children rented this condo. The way the 2 guest bedrooms were set up were perfect for our children and their families. Most condos have guest bedrooms with one bed or with twin beds. This is much better. Everyone had a bed to sleep in comfortably.

The condo was in great condition, beautifully decorated, very clean. Nothing run down about it at all. We loved it. The owners are very nice and accommodating.
The steps are a little difficult if you are physically challenged.
The location is excellent. The Lodge of the Four Seasons golf courses are right beside and across the street.
You won't be disappointed by renting this condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything we needed was in this condo and it was very roomy. We definitely recommend this property. It was was a short drive from everything we wanted to do.

This is the second summer we have stayed at Water's Edge. Both times, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, tennis courts and lake amenities. This condo is a bargain. There was not a negative thing to say about our stay!
