This private 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is conveniently located on the south side of the main part of Lake Charlevoix. (see map.) It has been recently remodeled and has a new kitchen, laundry room, updated baths, new carpeting, and fresh paint. This home is a direct waterfront property. There is no road between the home and lake, and no busy road at the front door.
Upon arrival you will drive down a long private driveway through a northern pine forest to the home. This drive is shared with one other home. The home is completely private and has a magnificent view of Lake Charlevoix.
The home has 2 family room areas that are adjoining. One for TV and dining; the other for games and reading. There are 4 bedrooms and a loft, and 3 bathrooms. The first floor has 3 bedrooms; the second floor has 1 bedroom and the loft. All bathrooms and the laundry room are on the first floor. There is also a screened porch facing the lake. New kitchen has large refrigerator with ice maker, trash compactor, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and electric stove and oven. It is completely stocked with everything you will need for your vacation.
Outside, there is a huge deck with patio set and umbrella, many chairs, and huge GAS BBQ grill. There is also a second deck which is off of Bedroom #2.
The grassy yard is used for playing lawn games, and is adjacent to the beach area. The beach area has a patio table with umbrella and chairs, and reclining chairs for sunbathing.
The dock is equipped with a large sunning platform, and has an 18' canoe for your use.
In case of rain, we have fun during the summer on the screened porch playing cards and playing the many games that we have in the home.

We had a wonderful week in your beautiful lake home. Sitting on the deck we all commented that we could be anywhere in the world (as we have been) and this would equal the fantastic view off your deck! How very peaceful!
Your beds are very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, and there are fun games to play together! With the ferry just down the road, it made jaunts to Charlevoix very easy.
