Spacious, remodeled 2-story vacation ski house located in Chimney Hill Association. 5 bedrooms, large loft, 2 baths, and large deck. Home is equipped with all the amenities and sleeps 12+. Recently installed new driveway 2007 with direct access to house.

Rental includes privileges to Chimney Hill Clubhouse and snowmobile trails. Clubhouse has indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and billiard/ ping pong tables. Located 3 miles from Haystack, and 5 miles from Mt Snow. Short drive to: golfing, waterfront, snowmobile rentals, and historic downtown Wilmington.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was quite comfortable and roomy. The kids loved the loft area. The house was clean and well-maintened. The owner was pleasant and helpful. We really appreciated the clubhouse because it did rain several days of our trip and the indoor pool, jacuzzi and game room were well utilized! Our only complaints were the openness of the living area - hard to seperate adults from kids, got quite noisy; lack of yard surrounding the house and a pesky bear who got into the trash! Very minor stuff and the bear was never seen only heard and left a trail of debris.

We liked this house a lot. It was spacious enough for two and a half families with plenty of kids. There was room to be together and room to be apart. It was close to the skiing, and the benefit of the clubhouse with its pool and swimming pool was priceless. Very comfortable, and felt like being in the woods but still close to the places we needed to go. the driveway was very steep and we couldn't get up it on the really icy days, so good to know that in case someone not able to walk in your party. The goundspeople for the community would sand and plow within instant when we called them, but we didn't figure that out for a couple of days. Owner and Caretaker were both very helpful too.
