Newer, nicely furnished fourth floor ocean view condo, overlooking the 8th hole of our manicured, professionally designed par three golf course. A private community on an island retreat that has been designed to combine harbor, golf and beach lifestyles with an unsurpassed array of amenities. Harbour Village features a private beach club directly across the street, a 142-slip deep water marina, elegantly appointed yacht club, spectacular on-site par-three golf course, community clubhouses with heated swimming pools, fishing pier on the Halifax River and over a mile of scenic elevated walkways. Also, you can drive your car up to your floor on our center-core, multi-level parking garage. Ponce Inlet is located on a lush barrier island surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway, originally founded as a small fishing village in 1887.

Four new lighted tennis courts are now open for play. The fitness club offers a variety of state-of-the art cardiovascular and weight training equipment. Men's and women's locker rooms include sauna and whirlpool. In the area, enjoy the nightlife and dining of Daytona Beach, while staying in the peace and tranquility of Ponce Inlet. Public access non-driving beach is right across the street. Many fine restaurants are within short driving distance. The area boasts many fine golf courses within a 15 minute drive.
