This luxurious, 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence overlooks the Hapuna Golf Course and boasts sweeping ocean, golf course and mountain views. The Kumulani is located on the 'mauka' or mountain side of the highway at the Uplands development, accessed through the Hapuna Prince Resort entrance.

This spacious unit is air-conditioned and features Tommy Bahama furnishings, well-appointed kitchen, and a large lanai with private gas BBQ. The master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV and the den area is equipped with a sofa bed. This unit will accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. The Kumulani also features a community recreation pavilion with pool, hot tub, and barbeque facilities for all guests to enjoy.

Access to use the Club at Mauna Kea facilities is not included but may be added on for an additional fee. Access includes: charging privileges on the resort, use of the pool, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels at both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel, use of the fitness center and beach/hotel parking at Mauna Kea Hotel and discounted rates for golf & tennis.
