This luxurious, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium overlooks the Hapuna Golf Course and boasts sweeping ocean, golf course and mountain views. The Kumulani is located on the 'mauka' or mountain side of the highway at the Uplands development, accessed through the Hapuna Prince Resort entrance. This spacious condo is air-conditioned and features Tommy Bahama furnishings, a well-appointed kitchen, and a large covered balcony with unobstructed views. The unit was just renovated in June of 2013 and was repainted and outfitted with new furnishings and soft goods.

The master bedroom features ocean views, balcony access, and a king size bed with a TV and DVD player. The master has an attached private bathroom with a large soaking tub, separate shower and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, a TV and a spacious closet. The second bathroom is accessible by the common areas and has a large natural stone shower. There is a den located off of the dining room that has a queen size sofa sleeper that can be converted into a third bedroom. Free wifi and cable TV is provided throughout the unit.

Guests of the Kumulani will have access to the community recreation pavilion with a lap pool, hot tub, and barbeque facilities. (The Kumulani does not allow BBQ grills on the decks of the condos). Privileges to use the Club at Mauna Kea Resort may be added on for an additional fee. Access includes: charging privileges, use of the pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and fitness centers at both the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel. Club privileges also includes preferential parking and discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Guests of this property will be serviced by a professional management company with resort offices open 7 days a week. Discounted rates on golf at the Mauna Lani and Waikoloa Beach Resorts are also available through the property manager. Outstanding condo

This condo was exceptional in it's appointment, cleanliness and location. The view was wonderful! Our teen used the fold out couch in the den, which was far enough removed from the bedrooms and the living room area to give him a bit of privacy. We did not purchase the resort option - it was plenty easy to get to the beaches, and the condo swimming pool, while not fancy, was just fine for us. The location was about ten minutes away from the main resort area which gave it nice relaxing, quiet feel. My family decided this was the best condo ever!
