Large executive luxury villa with 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 with jacuzzi. Large private heated south east facing pool w/spa is surrounded by tropical plants and backs onto a pine tree reserve. Pool deck seating for 12 or more people. Two large living areas. Games room with PS2, & 32' flat screen TV, 2-42' flat screen TV's w/TV's in all rooms. 7 foot pool table in garage. Upgraded interior with superior furnishings. Fully equipped open kitchen with all appliances. Breakfast nook & formal dining room, Laundry room. All linens & towels provided. Air conditioned. Across the street from a par 72 golf course for golfers of all levels. Community tennis courts & children's play area. 24 hour assistance available through our property management company. Highlands Reserve is ideally situated, just 35 minutes from Orlando international airport on Highway 27. Sandford airport is 45 minutes away and Tampa airport 60 minutes away. Highway 4 is only 5 minutes away which takes you directly to West Florida/Tampa or East to Universal Studios, Sea World, Wet and Wild Water Park, and International Drive. The Premium Outlet mall is a 20 minute drive. Highway 192 takes you to DISNEY WORLD, Downtown Disney, Celebration and Old town which are approximately 10 minutes from our villa. Bush Gardens in Tampa is 45-60 minutes West on Highway 4. Tampa Bay and Clearwater Beach, are a further 20 minute drive on the West coast. Coco Beach and Cape Canaveral (the Space Coast) are approximately 1 hour East.

    A non refundable deposit of $225.00/week is required to secure the requested dates with payment in full required 8 weeks prior to your stay.
    Keys for the villa are available from the Property Management Company who will require a credit card authorization for a $300.00 damage deposit or $65.00 damage insurance for the rental period.
    Pool heat is available by request for $27.00/day in 2009 and $29/day in 2010.

The large open kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer w/ice making machine & water dispenser, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, breakfast bar, kitchen table with 6 chairs, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. A 42' flat screen TV with DVD/stereo system is located in the main living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 42' flat screen TV, a walk in closet, en suite w/jacuzzi and large shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with en suite with shower leading onto the pool deck. 3rd bedroom located upstairs is very private and has a king size suite. An additional Queen bedroom and theme room with twin/full bunk beds share the main bathroom. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE TV.'s. Additional Information: The villa is located across the road from the 2nd fairway and down the street from the Golf Club House. The property is looked after by a property management company a few minutes away in Clermont. They are on hand 24-7 to provide assistance if required. The villa is equipped with telephone with toll free local and international calls in Canada & the USA. Wireless internet is available. We recently purchased the villa and have made many upgrades . . . everything is in beautiful condition......We think you will love the Villa and particularly the private pool and spa. Golf: A golfers paradise. . . . Highlands Reserve is a championship par 72 golf course, set amongst pine trees and orange groves and was designed by Mike Dasher. There is also a practice range and putting green. The course is suitable for all skill levels. The golf course has competitive rates which include golf carts. Club rentals are available. With over 200 golf courses available in Florida this is a Golfers Paradise!

Other Activities: Large Publix supermarket 5 min drive from resort. Shops and restaurants close by. Over 200 golf courses in Orlando.

Relaxing week!

Our family was much in need of a time to reconnect in a warm climate away from the busy tourist areas. This house provided the perfect spot to get together with our three adult children. Spacious, luxurious and clean and so quiet and private, the week just flew by. Spent much time around the pool basking in the warmth. Thanks so much.

We went to Disney world for a week on January 14, 2009. Altogether there were 9 of us (2 families). (The Villa"was amazing! The Villa is beautiful - everything went perfect. I DID NOT want to leave, we may be renting again from you - Kids had a blast at Disneyworld too.

We stayed in your beautiful villa in April 2007 and had a fantastic time. Villa was very well equipped had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and were in it everyday.
