Love This House

Our family had a wonderful vacation that we just did not want to end!!
This house is very clean and up to date with everything close by. Every day we were able to bike into the village to get the paper or fresh supplies. The village had enough to restaurants were very good and if you like pizza the local parlor is one of the best we have ever had. The Bank Street beach is close and wonderful (very warm). The waves can be rough on little kids, but “Pleasant” beach is not that far. The outdoor shower came in handy when we got back from daily jaunts. The location allowed us to travel in every direction with ease. Nothing was very far.
We have stayed on the Cape in other houses but put this house high about the rest!!!!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Suzanne and her family were the perfect guests. Their family with little kid(s) or anyone seeking a nice clean, quiet rental near town, the beach and most the Cape has to offer are perfectly suited to our home.

Rented for a girls' weekend & it was perfect. Great space, house was immaculate and had everything we needed. Would be great for a family, too. Close to Bank St. beach, located next to conservation land which was a lovely spot to walk. Communication by owner prompt & polite.

Wonderful Time!

We rented this home with some friends for a week and had a great time! The location is wonderful, tucked away, very private and quiet. The house is also a stones throw from the Harwich Conservation Lands which are beautiful. Lots of walking trails and quiet areas to sit and relax while watching the sunset or rise. Bank Street Beach is close but if you have small children definitely plan to have a wagon or stroller. The walk into town is short, and your so close to all of the popular restaurants and bars in Harwichport.

The house is very, very clean and well stocked with linens and towels. The open floor plan is great for entertaining and the deck and grill out back are perfect for BBQ's. It's also close to route 6, route 28 and the ferry to Nantucket. I would definitely recommend this home to families or friends seeking a vacation on Cape Cod.

A Hidden Gem in Harwich!

A great place for a family or a group of friends to get away, we were pleased to find that BelleBrook boats a private level yard perfect for outdoor eating and a game of catch or horseshoes. We took morning jogs through the beautiful trails of the neighboring cranberry bog. We also took daily walks either into town or to the beach; this house was the perfect place to experience Cape Cod at its finest. We enjoyed the local candy shop, the beautiful beach on the Sound, the convenience of local restaurants and a spirits shop with a good wine selection. The house itself is spacious with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (lobster anyone? The pot is big enough for a few!), and two bathrooms not to mention laundry facilities so we were able to travel home with clean clothing in our luggage. We will be back in the fall and cannot wait!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN

The pictures in the house look clean because it is CLEAN. The outside picture is deceiving. The house is and rooms are larger than the picture makes it look. We like to get out and see town without driving and everything is convenient. Beach, shopping and food are all a short, pleasant walk.I felt like 'the owner' at a Christmas party when I was telling my family about what a nice time we had.
