Gas fireplace with tumble marble hearth and oak mantel. Carpeted master bedroom with full bathroom and walk-in closet. Tiled floor kitchen with island and all stainless steel appliances. Panoramic views of both the Bay and Ocean. Each window allows a water view. Deck off of the living room and dining room offering a spectacular sunrise and sunset view.

Middle level includes another carpeted master bedroom with full bathroom. Two twin bedded carpeted bedrooms. Den with HD TV and queen sofa bed. Full bath off hall. Laundry room with washer and dryer. A garage and tiled entry with oak stairs and railing leading to the upper floors. An outside lighted enclosed hot/cold shower and dressing room is provided. House is situated across from Ocean with walkway access.
