This Hunter/Windham mountain house is nestled on 2 1/2 secluded acres and yet is close to all. The house offers a retreat sense all year round. It is situated minutes from either Hunter or Windham skiing. Relax in the 5 person hot tub. Warm yourself by either the wood-burning stove or fireplace. Play billiards on the 7 ft. pool table. Enjoy the beautiful view from either the upper or lower deck. Barbecue on the outdoor stone grill or swim in local lakes.

Great house. Very large and private. Having the two living rooms is a great asset as it provides alot of area to relax. We had a great time and would recommend this house for anyone who wants a beautiful secluded place to enjoy time with their friends and family

12 of us went up for Labor day weekend and we all had a bed to sleep in. The owner was very attentive, easy to talk to and accommodating. The backyard is huge which makes it easy to play frisbee, football, whiffle ball etc. We went tubing down the Esopus one of the days and it was only a 20 min drive. The house is very private, but with a simple phone call all the firewood you could need will be delivered. The one draw back to this house is the fact that there is only a charcoal/wood grill. I would definitly reccomend staying here, just bring a small propane grill.

This house was all that we needed for a weekend away at the mountains.

Cozy, two living areas (great for 11 adults), and close to just about everything important local (Hunter, Windham, etc)

This is a well maintained and well functioned house. Our three families have stayed in this property for several days between Christmas and New Year for skiing in Hunter Mountain. Overall we had a good experience with this house, and the management team responded promptly to our questions and concerns.
By the way, the hot tub was a plus after staying in the cold for the whole day.

Excellent Vacation/Ski Cabin

We had a great time here. With 11 people, we slept comfortably, had enough room to relax after skiing. The cabin is located close to both Hunter and Windham, and the owner had the driveway plowed during our stay, which made the drive there much easier. Local diners were wonderful and the yard was large enough for a game of football in the snow. Wood stoves made the cabin comfortable and the hot tub is great after skiing. Towels and sheets were available, washer/dryer for ski clothes/bathing suits. Lastly the pool table is an excellent addition as well. Owner allowed us to rent last minute, and the rental/return of security deposit was easy and fast. Would definitely recommend it, we would most certainly rent again.
