Looking for a unique vacation spot? This adorable houseboat sits right on the Bay in Key Largo, overlooking gorgeous sunsets and the beach on a quiet, privately-owned, lushly landscaped property. You can't get a better view than this! There's a queen-size, enclosed master bedroom, plus a loft bed which sleeps two. Great for a couple looking for a romantic get-away, or a family with kids. Located within walking distance of 'downtown Key Largo' our small, private marina offers a lovely beach with palm trees, hammocks, picnic tables, fishing pier, and much more. The houseboat is safely docked at a slip immediately adjacent to the beach and fishing jetty. The engine and propulsion systems have been removed making this a secure, floating cottage on the water. Dockage for a small additional boat is included.
