There is always so much available to do in the Mt. Washington Valley - something to interest everyone. This condo is only a short distance from Story Land and minutes away from Diana's Bath, Echo Lake and Cathedral Ledge. Hiking, biking, horseback riding and canoing available nearby. Santa's Village, Glen Ellis Falls, Arethusa Falls and The Mt. Washington Auto Road are also within a very reasonable driving distance. Skiing available at Mt. Cranmore, Attitash, Wildcat, Bretton Woods or Black Mtn. Ice Skating also available at Nestlenook, where sleigh rides are also available. Numerous great restaurants and loads of shopping available at village shops, outlet stores. A great area to visit and have fun during any Season.

Outstanding condo and vacation!

We stayed at this condo during the last week of July 2009, and it was absolutely fantastic. We are a family of 4 and had plenty of room for 2 more if we needed it. As mentioned in the other reviews, the place was extremely clean and it super shape. The living room is huge and the layout between the kitchen and dining area worked out really well. The bedrooms are great and having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The kitchen provided everything we needed, and we used the charcoal grill everyday. The unit is extremely quiet - there was one day where we had a torrential downpour outside and we couldn't even hear it. The big TV in the living room was great as well.

The location is perfect for everything you want to do in the area - especially Storyland which is just a few minutes away. We took day trips for hiking, going up Wildcat Mountain, Diana’s Baths, etc…the central location of the condo made all of our trips very easy to get to. Being pet-friendly, it allowed us to enjoy the surrounding area for dog walks as well.

We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this lovely condo over Christmas and we absolutely loved it! It's very well maintained, clean and cozy- makes you feel like you're home away from home! The living room is huge, the flat screen-great, the recliner and the upholstered red chair- absolute favorites! We couldn't get enough of those:) The dining table is in the living room so you can watch TV while you're dining. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms/bathrooms were super clean and well decorated. We had no complaints whatsoever and can't wait to go back! The pet-friendly perk is great, our dog was a happy camper:) The owner, Connie, has been so helpful and friendly- awesome to deal with! Great vacation, can't wait to go back! Oh and everything's so close- tubing, skiing, restaurants and little gift shops!

Great Condo!!!

I stayed up at this condo recently and it was great! It had all the comforts of home, all we had to do was bring our suitcases and relax! The washer and dryer came in handy because we decided to stay longer than expected. The location was great..close to everything! It was very spacious and well decorated and cozy with the gas fireplace.The owners were great to deal with, and I would definately go back and recommend to anyone who wants a nice getaway!

Great condo for a family with young children!

I recently rented this condo along with my husband and our two children. It was just what we needed. The rooms were all very spacious (especially the living room and the master bedroom). The fact that the towels and linens were included saved us from the inconvenience of bringing our own stuff and then washing it all upon our return. This unit even had a PacknPlay available for us to use so that we did not have to bring our own! The location was good too, right near Story Land!

The condo owners were wonderful. They always let us know what to expect and they even sent extra info on area attractions. The condo is cleaned between each use so there is nothing to worry about. They also allowed us to bring our dog, which saved us the hastle of finding somewhere else to board him.

Overall this was a great, quiet, and clean place to stay with everything we needed. The only complaint I have about the condo is the view, which is out of the owners' control. There are some trees obstructing the view of the mountains from the yard (though the yard is a good size as well), but if you go up the street a little you have a better view and the view from the top of the Christmas Mountain condo complex is beautiful!

We would definitely keep this condo in mind for future visits to NH!!
