The difference is the price! You are right across the street from the beach. One block from the largest outlet mall in the United States. Many restaurants within walking distance, also fast food restaurants and convenience, grocery, and liquor stores.
Condo is located on the first floor centered on the pool. You can watch your children swim from your air-conditioned living room!
