Brand New! Emerald Retreat is a brand new, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home in the Emerald Shores community of Destin, Florida. This two story house is beautifully furnished and comfortably sleeps 10 people. Emerald Retreat has all the comforts of home, including a full size washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charcoal grill. It features a first floor master bedroom and bath with a jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms have walk-in closets. In addition, Emerald Retreat comes with all the benefits of being a part of Emerald Shores: -Private, gated community -two swimming pools (one is heated) Tennis Courts -Seasonal Tram or short walk to the beach -Private beach access with pavilion and full facilities.
