Wake to sounds of surf, parrots and howler monkeys. Watch the sun set in the Pacific. Just 100 yards from miles of unspoiled beach, protected from development by nearby Ostional Refuge where 100,000 turtles may lay eggs in a single night. Our small, rural village has friendly population of Costa Ricans, Americans and Europeans supporting excellent restaurants and well-stocked markets. Spanish is not necessary. Drive from San Jose or fly into our small airport.
