House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Two bedroom + den, Living room, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen with bar. Completely furnished with new furniture and appliances. Master suite features a queen size bed, armoire with TV and dresser with mirror. The bathroom includes a large shower, large soaking tub and two separate side-by-side vanities with separate sinks. The second bedroom has twin beds and a dresser with mirror. The guest bath has a tub with shower and vanity. The home also has a screened lanai which is furnished with new furniture throughout.

Golf cart provided in garage. Large pool adjacent to 400 acre lake; 26,000 sq ft club house includes 4 bowling lanes, 50 seat movie theater with free movies at least twice a week.

Disney, Orlando, Kennedy Space Center, Cypress Gardens, lots of sightseeing is available to all who will enjoy the centrality of this community.
