No expense spared...granite countertops, stainless appliances etc. All furnishings are first rate, with very comfortable mattresses. Second floor unit has views of the Intercoastal waterway. (Unit can be accessed via elevators or stairs) Located across the street from famous Crescent Beach. Large heated swimming pool, 3 lighted tennis courts, gas grills, exercise room, sauna, spa/hot tub.

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo!
I cant find a thing bad to say about this condo!
The location is great, it is clean, and the area is safe.
We feel like this is an idea place for a family or a group taking a vacation. We would love to stay again next year if the price is still right!!
I would recomend it in a heartbeat!

Great Condo - Great Location!

We recently enjoyed 4 weeks at this condo and we really couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo was beautifully renovated featuring stainless appliances, granite counters, etc. The building had a very nice pool, patio, bbq's, and a gym - all of which we used extensively.

Most of all, though, the location was fantastic. It was only a short walk to the beach and not much further to the shops in Siesta Key and short drive into Sarasota for further shopping and dining.

We've already booked a month in 2009 and can't wait to get there! Thanks Erik! Great place!

Great unit and location! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Everything was "as described" and there were no unexpected "surprises". The on-site staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We would definately stay here again.
