The home is located on the slopes of Mt Ascutney, within walking distance from the Mt Ascutney Resort, the hotel, restaurant and sport fitness center with pool and tennis court. 20-25 minutes to horseback riding in Woodstock, and a golf course in Windsor. Only the upper level apartment is for rent.
