Featuring the original Chimney Hill chimney as an outside fireplace to roast marshmallows or just have a good time with friends & family. A unique experience for those cool summer & fall nights. 10 mins. from Mt. Snow

3 bedrooms, 1 and a 1/2 baths, large kitchen and breakfast bar, open living room and dining area, large deck and screened porch/outside dining area. The home is fully furnished with all appliances, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 VCRs, 2 TV's, (satellite TV in living room), Avalon fire view wood stove. Heat is provided by a warm, efficient and quiet propane heating system, supplemented by individual controlled baseboard electric heat in bedrooms and bath. Hot tub available for additional charge.

Dogs are conditional with owners consent and approval.

Less than 10 minutes from Mount Snow: Easy ride right into Mount snow ski area avoid all the route 100 delays. Minutes to shopping, nightlife and restaurants. Vermonts own MOO-ver public transportation available. Tons of fun local as well as within walking distance for the non skiers and boarders in the family.

Mount Snow Ski trip, with Hot Tub

Great property. All homeaway descriptions are accurate. We were up there late in Jan'13 with 7 total people (adults, 30s) for a 3 day weekend ski/snowboarding trip to Mount Snow (which is 10 mins away if you have a 4x4 and can take the side road short cut, 20-25 mins if you do not). We had no problem sleeping, and the open living room/dining room/kitchen provided enough space for all of us to do our thing. Everything was super clean. The hot tub (3-4 ppl max) was great. I loved that you could see the TV from in it! We didn’t use the bbq, as it was 5-10 degrees out most of the time, but the deck and porch looked nice. We never went to the clubhouse, which supposedly was close by and has a large indoor pool and some other activities. Parking could fit a maximum of 4-5 cars. Plenty of games, DVDs, VCR tapes, to keep you occupied at night. Nice wood fireplace (we didnt use). We ate at the Maple Leaf Malt & Brewing Company in town one night, which had great burgers and mirco brews. The owner provided great instructions and was easy to deal with. I hope to return, and would highly recommend this property!

Great Spring Weekend

We rented this home for 3 adult friends who were in town to run in a race at MT Snow. The home was perfect for our needs, with the hot tub well appreciated after the event. The directions and communications prior to the weekend were very clear, and we found everything we needed when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

I rented the house for a weekend away with the Girls, but none of us skied. Wasn't sure how to fill up our weekend, but between the shopping, the club house and the hot tub, we had a totally relaxing weekend. The best compliment I can give for renting this house was how clean and spacious it is. See you next year!
