Furnished 3 bedroom home, with fully-applianced eat-in kitchen, laundry, living room; NEW flooring throughout home, NEW mattresses; plenty of closet space; large deck area for outside dining or a sunny reading spot; private outdoor shower; secluded location at end of a dead-end road, nice gardens.

Walk or bike into town or to the beach.

(The home sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate one or two additional persons, with owner permission.)

We can provide information regarding ferry options.

Reservations are highly recommended if you'd like to bring your car to the island.

I stayed at this home for three weeks and my stay was great. This home is very warm and I would highly recommend this home to everyone I know. I am so glad I found a house that made me feel so relax. There is nothing better than that.

Wonderful week!

We had a great week on the Vineyard and this rental was a key part! Quiet street, great yard, beautiful deck, outside shower, comfortable kitchen and living room...this home has it all! You can walk to Oak Bluffs but we found it quicker to ride our bikes. Either way a trip to the beach in the early morning was a daily activity.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Our vacation was cut short due to Hurricane Irene and Andrea was accommodating and helpful as we tried to figure out our options. Not an ideal situation but she took the stress out of it!

We'd recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate to vacation there again!

This place is my Margaritaville!

My family stayed in this great home and we loved it! The pictures do not do it justice. It is a very roomy living space and the deck was great. The owner was great to deal with and very accomodating. The home is off the beaten path, but near everything. In addition, the neighbors were residents of Martha's Vinyard and they were very friendly and welcoming!

Great vacation home

This Vineyard home offered everything that I wanted and was clean and neat. The dishwasher was really appreciated since I didn't want to spend time doing kitchen chores. The washer/dryer was also really helpful. I enjoyed the private outdoor shower. There is plenty of seating in the living room for everyone to have a seat and be comfortable. Lots of windows to let in fresh air, the bedrooms were down the hall so that it was quiet for sleeping, while someone may want to stay up a little later. It's on a quiet street--no traffic unless you live in the neighborhood. Spent plenty of time on the sunny deck. This was a wonderful vacation home.

Perfect Setting for Families with Small Children

Our family of four (mom, dad, son (3) and daughter (1)) shared a lovely time at this property with with our relatives (mom, dad, son (3) and son (2)). It was perfect for toddlers because of the ranch setup, dead end street, and child-friendly neighbors with swing sets they were willing to freely share. The owner provided more in the home than we anticipated from towels to cooking condiments and all were appreciated. There is a nice deck which provided a relaxing setting for reading and dining. The location is a nice walk to town yet off the beaten path, and close to the renovated library. The only thing we needed was another week!
