It sits on top of a breezy hill in a tranquil neighborhood. The very private lot is beautifully landscaped with ample flower-gardens and has several decks on two levels and a blue-stone terrace by the 20x50 gunite pool. The open plan living/dining area on the second floor is comfortably furnished and decorated with contemporary art. It opens on two sides to a large deck, which overlooks the treetops of a nearby reserve. A charming sunroom was added recently and all bathrooms were renovated in March 2008.
