Nicely furnished 3/2 ocean access villa with dock, tropical yard with a hot tub on the canal. Very convenient location. Short drive to beaches, FLL Airport and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Very close to nice park for walking pets. The home is 3 miles to downtown and Las Olas area to enjoy wonderful restaurants and nightlife .Fully furnished. All linens and cooking utensils supplied. Has 1 queen, 1 double, 1 twin. Very comfortable home. Smoking outside only Please. I will be happy to drive you around to get you acquainted with the local area at no charge a few hours your first day if desired.

The home is 5 minutes from the Ft. Lauderdale cruise ships (Port Everglades), 20 minutes to Miami and popular South Beach., 1 1/2 hrs. to the west coast (Naples, Sanibel Island) 45 min. to Palm Beach and 3 1/2 hrs. to Key West. The home has a great location only 1/2 miles east of I 95 . Orlando (Disney World) is 3 1/2 to the north. Daily boat trips to the Bahamas are also available.

Notes: The master bedroom has a queen bed for 2. There is an office with a nice desk and 2 single beds. There is a separate bedroom and bath at the rear of the house with a double bed for two. There is also a roll-away bed if needed. It is a very comfortable, clean, nicely appointed home with all cooking utensils and dishes one would need. There is also a wetbar in the home . There is a hot tub on the deck in the backyard with tiki torches overlooking the tropical yard and waterfront canal. I receive many compliments on the home.
