Villas Mal 1 & 2 are 2 storey houses located in the small village of Prcanj , near the lively town of Kotor, in the southern most Fjord in Europe. Both properties have full air con/heating, parking. They also have own water supply and each house has its own separate balcony upstairs and terrace down stairs. They are in an elevated position with lovely views of Kotor Bay and the surrounding mountains. They are both fully air conditioned. Off road parking for each house is beside the houses.

As well as great restaurants, coffee shops and bars in Kotor there is also a Casino and a good nightclub for the lively. The party town of Budva, Tivat, which has a fantastic new port with lovely restaurants and palatial Perast are all a short distance away. Our lady of the rock island is off Perast and well worth a visit. Local taxis and buses are 3 mins from our property and are priced very reasonable. Daily excursions can be arranged in Kotor to local interests and also the religious town of Medjugorje, Dubronick in Croatia and also Mostar in Bosnia. The ferry from Kotor to Bari in Italy is timetabled regularly. English newspapers available in Kotor. There is a fruit/fish market in Kotor and also a local craft market in the evenings. There are many festivals in Kotor during high season. A boat can be hired to bring you to the many restaurants across the bay. The beach at Jaz has swimming pools made in the rocks which are suitable for children. Surrounding areas & special interest holidays: Travel inland and you will see some of Europe's most stunning, unspoiled and wild lake/mountain scenery. There is skiing in the Durmitor region, white water rafting in the incredible Tara Gorge, hiking, cazing, bird watching, sailing, kayaking, lovcen national park is a fantastic place to visit. Montenegro has everything on offer. The country id full of history and the drive from Prcanj to the interesting old historic capital of Cetinje is over the most spectacular mountain ranges you are ever likely to encounter. On the coast there are endless beautiful towns, coves and beaches where you can relax and swim under the blue skies. Budva reviera has scuba diving, underwater caves and even ship wrecks ready to be explore. There is a fantastic walk over the walled town of Kotor which takes 1.5 hours to complete. The country of Montenegro is an historical and truly magical place. It has all you need on offer, from activities to rest and relaxation.

A booking deposit of 200.00 EUR is required per week. Balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 100.00 EUR is required payable locally and will be refunded when house is inspected prior to departure. Check in is after 4pm and check out is before 11am.
