This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was originally built as a farmhouse in 1860. A new wing added recently, includes the family room, kitchen and master bedroom. The totally updated kitchen has modern appliances, cabinetry and Corian counters. Located just two blocks from the village center, it is an easy walk in all weather conditions for shopping and dining. There is a large two-car garage with plenty of storage for skis and other equipment.

Car: recommended
A wonderful family home for nearby skiing at Suicide Six Ski Area (about 4 miles away), and cross country skiing is a walk away at the Woodstock Ski Touring Center. Killington/Pico, and Mt Ascutney Ski Areas are just a short drive distant. Summer and fall activites are close by as well with a Robert Trent Jones designed golf course at the Woodstock Country Club and the Woodstock Health and Fitness Center only moments away. There are several hiking trails to explore and for the horse enthusiast, the Green Mountain Horse Association is three miles away in the beautiful hamlet of South Woodstock.
