2 Bedrooms, 1 Full Bathroom, 1large outside shower, Sleeps 5.

Enjoy the charm, history and simple elegance of one of Edgartown's original properties. 5 minute stroll to Main Street, where you can experience the historic village, fine dining ,shopping and movies. A10 minute walk brings you to Lighthouse Beach(Vineyard Sound),a 15 minute bike ride via bike path to South Beach (ocean).A 'stones throw' to Chappaquiddick... a 10 min stroll takes you to the 'Chappy' ferry, walk or bike on, then explore Mytoi Gardens or 'beach it' at Wasqui.

This is the ultimate location! A fully equipped home. You are close to everything but you may choose to relax on the deck and enjoy the relaxation of in-town comfort. No Smoking permitted.

Pets are permitted but no puppies

You are in the heart of the 'Village', yet less than 2 blocks from the water and less than 1 mile to sun and sand! This is the ideal location!

-Farm Neck 18 hole public course is 4 miles from house.

- The Farm Institute has childrens day programs in animal husbandry and is 1.5 miles.

-Felix Neck bird sanctuary has 350 acres of trails waterfowl and turtle ponds with nature programs for children and adults.

-Caroline Tuthill Preserve is 0.7 m fr house 1.6m trail down to pond. A great walk for you and leashed Fido.

-State Forrest 500 acres of trails 4miles fr house

-Sheriff's Meadow 18 acres walking trail 1 mile from house.

-3 min ferry ride to 'Chappy' to WASQUE, 200 acres of beaches and fishing.

-2.5 miles from South Beach, Best waves on the Island!!!

My family loved this cottage, it was beautifully decorated with a comfortable homey feel. Very clean and well stocked. The back yard was great for my 5 year old twins to run around in and chase bunnies, while we cooked dinner on the deck. It was walking distance to town and a short drive to the beaches.
MJ was a great. We'll rent here again.

Perfect summer cottage!

My husband and I, along with our black lab, stayed here for two weeks in August. Very happy with this adorable well-stocked cottage filled with nice appointments and shabby chic done whimsically and well. Fun kitchen with Hoosier and contains all you'll need. Fabulous outdoor shower, two lovely decks. A sunny, happy place to vacation. Friendly owners nearby, should you need anything, too.

We love staying at the cottage - it is the perfect location and the house is perfect! We bike/hit the beach during the day and cook out in the evening, relaxing on the back deck. MJ is the best host! Truly, our favorite vacation spot.

Comfortable Cottage

We have returned to this sweet cottage many times. The house is well kept and provides all the comforts of home. The owner is friendly and welcoming and we always feel as if we are visiting friends. It is a pleasant walk to town and easy access to main roads. It is great to have a place to vacation with the dogs. The dogs enjoy their visits too!
