This Victorian mountain home with tin walls looks at striking mountain views, it is in walking distance to all the clubs, shops and restaurants. Only 3 miles to Hunter Ski Mtn and 20 minutes to Ski Windham. With its 3 floors, 6 large bedrooms new bathrooms, a newly remodeled open kitchen living room and game room complete with Foosball table, makes it great for large groups to have fun. Summer time enjoy the lake which is a short walk behind the house.

The house is located near 3 ski mountains and a mile from a new outdoor skating rink. It's only 20 minutes to famous Woodstock, NY. Summer time offers a great many things to do like hiking and biking on 161 miles of scenic trails, tubing, fishing and rafting. Golf courses are in abundance up here, there are 10 courses all within minutes of the house. There are 6 nine hole courses and 4 eighteen hole courses and a practice range a mile away. Hunter Mtn offers great festivals all summer long. Attractions like Howe Caverns, The Catskill Game Farm and North South Lake.
