Sleeps 3/4. 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a beautifully converted Victorian house. WiFi. Gorgeous garden with deck adds an exotic touch. Shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Award winning Farmer's Market on a Sunday morning on Salusbury Road (other side of Queens Park). Portobello Market is 15 mins walk. Excellent transport links to all London airports and to central London.

It is a much loved apartment and it has a distinct artistic quality about it which extends to the fabulous garden. The garden is very beautiful and secluded, and exotic plants lend strong architectural shapes. It has a deck and three seating areas to tempt you out at any time of day or night. The garden can be illuminated at night time. Both bedrooms look out on the garden.

Best suited to one or two couples, or a couple with one or two children. The garden is pebbled and so is not suitable for very young children.

I have Tate Modern 'Guest Membership' for 4 people which you can use to go to any of the 'special' exhibitions in both the Tate Modern and Tate Britain, and you can also use the private member's cafe and bar which has an excellent outdoor terrace on the 6th floor overlooking the river and St. Paul's Cathedral. It's also a great way to avoid the queues in the other cafes.

There are public tennis courts and a pitch and putt course and a lovely children's playground in Queens Park which is about 3 minutes walk away.

Cosy London Home

Comfortable, clean, carefully designed and conveniently situated this beautiful flat is a great place to stay in London. It is a home, not a hotel. The great garden with different sitting options is the quiet place you need after a long day in this charming but demanding city! The flat is well located close to the overground and two 24 hour bus line services. The subway station is within walking distance too.
We enjoyed our stay and going back in the future we would consider this place a preferred option. I highly recommend it!

Lovely Apartment

My friend and I stayed here for 8 days on a girls' trip to London. The apartment was charming, clean, cozy, and had almost everything we needed. The garden area was very nice, but the weather wasn't that great for us so we didn't use it much. It is in a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance to the overground and underground. The farmers' market by Queen's Park on Sundays is fantastic. The grocery store and many restaurants are just a two-minute walk away. We enjoyed the location which had access to everything you need, but wasn't in a very busy, touristy area. Irene was very helpful and friendly and provided us with lots of useful information. We had a great time in London and would definitely stay in this apartment again.

We had a marvellous stay in Irene's flat. You can eat outside in the lovely garden in a very quiet neighborhood. The flat is very well equiped and practical and we had everything we wanted for a family with two children. The green garden is a heaven of peace after a busy day with touristic visits. In less than a 10-minutes-walk you can take the metro which takes you everywhere in London. In the surroundings of the metrostation you have a supermarket, a bakery and pubs.
Irene's flat, a must for families who want to visit London for a week! You stay in a flat with a comfy, personnel atmosphere; you aren't a visitor but you feel a real inhabitant of London.

We (a family of 3) very much enjoyed our stay in this flat. We found what we were looking for: a clean, cozy, friendly place, to return to after the day's touring. The flat was as charming as seen in the pictures, and more.
