Soon to come: We will be having new cabins built sometime in the future. They will be in a very private and quiet location in Warner NH near MT Sunapee for skiing in the winter and Lake Sunapee in the summer, only a 10 min. drive. With hiking and fishing near by. New deck, views: We have added a porch across the front of the cottage. A great place to sit and take in the sun set and look over the water only 10 feet away.

Artesian well: No need to bring your own water the water is great

Golf: Golf near by just a short drive

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It was so much better than the pictures. The owner was wonderful and welcoming. We felt right at home. It had everything we could have wanted or needed. We hope to go back next summer for a week.
Owner's Response: It is our goal that people feel happy upon arrival and when they leave that they have spent time at one of the best places ever with looking forward to returning.

We have been coming here for 4 years now and can't get enough of this beautiful home. The home is very inviting,kept clean and the grounds are beautiful. Owners are very friendly,helpful and go out of there way to please the renters. The fishing is great,boating around the pond also. Your nestled deep in the woods but yet not far from eveything. Johnson's is our favorite restaurant. This is the place to stay to get away from STRESS. The only draw back that we find is the firepit location is to close to the neighbors next door. Looking forward in coming again it's home away from home.

An amazing place! So comfortable and cozy with pristine surroundings, both inside and out. A virtual sanctuary from the everyday grind. There's no doubting you're in the wild when you wake to the loon calls in the morning and the flurry of chipmunk activity around the yard. If you like isolation from civilization and enjoy canoeing on a peaceful pond in the evening, this place is absolute heaven. Thanks again, Wayne and Autumn for sharing this fantastic, cozy, peaceful country cottage in the woods. We absolutely loved it and hope to return again next year.

I can't say enough about our recent stay. What an amazing place. The view of the lake is breathtaking, and the hugh wrap around deck is a great place to hang out and checkout the lake. The cabin itself is in excellent shape, so warm and cozy inside, and has everything you would need. My husband made us some great meals there, and my father and I also had alot of fun on the boat that The Akins provided (can't beat that). We also got to bring our Winnie who thought she was in doggie heaven. Thanks Again to Mr. & Mrs. Akins for everything. We hope to be able to go back very soon!!!!

This is truly a great place to get away from he hustle and bustle of the city life. Very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. The cottage is so close to the water and view from the living room is spectacular. My family and the dogs enjoyed it. Thanks to the Akins for sharing such a charming place.
