Bungalow on the west side of the central core. Lounge with double height on which a sleeping area is raised. It also has two bedrooms with 2 beds overlooking the sea or garden. In summer, vegetation and preserves Esterones wisely sunlight. The kitchen and bathroom are similar to those in the Bungalow of Araucaria (see photos).

Why Leopoldo chose Sanlucar de Barrameda

This house belonged to my parents who in 1992 aprox. built and they lived it till death. Thy enjoyed peace, quitness excep in summer when sons and grandsons appears to enjoy their gardins and beach either swimming, walking or just picking muschels. Or playing with little dogs in the grass.

To the babys we had a litlle swimming pool whot allowed parents to lesen or help to prepare eating table or just have a siesta at the shadow.

Mornigs, a beach walk fills you of vigour and joie. Later you can go shooping to the 'Mercado de abastos' in plain centre of Sanlucar the best fish and seefood as well as fruits and vegetables fron our contryside. Only 10 min. away ist a must.

Once in town, there's many places to visit in the nearby: Palaces, Castle, Caves and old chuches(Palace Medina-Sidonia, P. Orleans-Borbon and Iglesia de la O(almoust a Cathedral) and Iglesia Santo Domingo and others.

To night, young people can go discos, chiringuitos(bars in beach+music) or just meeting at the beach in a open atmosfere.

Not so young pal can enjoy restaurant in town, prepare own supper and enjoy sunset from the grass.

Other options are Carreras de caballos (Horse racing at beach). You can bet and later eat something at Palcos (a sort of tents) in its bars.

Apartamento comodo, moderno y limpio. Dispone de todos los electrodomesticos, su jardin sobre el mar es un lujo. Vaiajamos con mascota y no tuvimos ningun problema. El trato con la propiedad inmejorable. Recomendamos y posiblemente repetiremos.
Por ultimo, incidir en que las vistas desde cualquier habitacion de la casa merece la pena el viaje.

Perfecta - Queremos repetir

Solo puedo decir que tenemos ganas de volver. Estuvimos en el mes de Enero y la Palmera es perfecta para unas vacaciones tranquilas, en una casa muy bien diseñada y acondicionada con todos los detalles. Como he dicho al principio, queremos volver en un mes más caluroso para disfrutar del magnifico jardín, la tranquilidad del entorno, bañarnos en la playa y realizar largos paseos.
