The Sandridge House is a recently restored Historic home with some of the best Old Town, Park City views. Located on Sandridge Avenue, you are just steps from Main Street. Sandridge House is on a larger sized lot that provides privacy, a rarity in Old Town.

The exterior features a large redwood deck looking out over Main Street and Park City Resort mountains. Nice private outdoor hot tub and built-in gas grill as well as a fully fenced backyard. This Historic Old Town home exudes incredible warmth and coziness. The sun-drenched sitting room allows amazing views toward Park City Mountain Resort, Empire Canyon ski runs, Main Street shopping, and all it's restaurants and pubs.

You will find a warm open feel on the main floor which includes a dining room, kitchen, living room with nice gas fireplace, and sitting room. There is easy access to the back yard and hot tub from either the main floor or the lower level.This amazing getaway is a 1-2 minute drive to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. Mountain bike and hiking trail access are within easy walking distance from the home.

We have the best concierge service available during your stay if needed. Come enjoy the best of Old Town Park City.

Your home was very well located to Main Street. The aspen were gold, the temperature a bit warm but fall was in the air. Access to mountain bike trails was excellent as well as the restaurants on Main St. We enjoyed our stay very much...the house had all of the dishes and kitchen supplies that we required. Hot tub was nice after a long day on our bikes.



My wife and I will be back again next year to enjoy the fall colors and RIDE.

We looked for almost 3 years before finding Sandridge House. It had a comfortable feel to it the others didn't. We put a lot of work into making it our home and we love letting people stay there while exploring everything Park City has to offer. Park City has a vibe that's hard to explain. You know what it is when you get there.

Our home has a large private fenced yard, hard to find in Old Town. No other homes crowding space and privacy. The City steps are right next to the home leading you to the action. We have no homes crowding ours. The house is perched on the hill looking over Main Street and across to the ski runs. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, and pretty much every other outdoor activity are here to explore. Great restaurants and night life abound.

Incredible Home!

Great home one block off of Main Street! I was surprised at the exceptional amount of living space for a ski house on both the main floor and basement. The owner has made thoughtful renovations in the last year upgrading the kitchen, redoing a mud room and adding an addition mud room and third access. He has also invested in smart TV's mounted in two of the bedrooms as well as a Sonos sound system you can control from your iPhone which only added to my stay. I found personal touches in every room to make this house feel like a home. The combination of location, living space, modern additions, and savvy interior design makes this property a must have!

What a wonderful home to stay in for our ski vacation! Warm, inviting, cozy, clean, great view. You can walk to nearby restaurants and shops, it's a 5 min drive to park city mountain resort (and many other ski areas), and I'd stay here in any season at all. AWESOME VACATION HOME!

Awesome House, Ideal location

Terrific location, 1 block away from Main St. Wonderfully renovated, inside and out, and very nice amenities. We loved having the three levels, so we could spread out and do our own thing. My oldest felt like she had her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having Netflix all over the house. This house has it all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be coming back. Great location with easy access all three mountain resorts.

The city wide free shuttle stops within 100 yards of the house, so getting anywhere in the Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons areas could not be easier.
