The Sandridge House is a recently restored 1890's Historic home with the best Old Town, Park City views. Tucked away on quiet Sandridge Avenue, you are just steps from Main Street. Sandridge House is on 4 city lots, providing a large and private compound, rare in Old Town.

The exterior features a large redwood deck looking out over Main Street and Park City Resort mountains. Nice private outdoor hot tub and built-in gas grill as well as a fully fenced backyard. This Historic Old Town home exudes incredible warmth and coziness. The sun-drenched sitting room allows amazing views toward Park City Mountain Resort, Empire Canyon ski runs, Main Street shopping, and all it's restaurants and pubs.

You will find a warm open feel on the main floor which includes a dining room, kitchen, living room with nice gas fireplace, and sitting room. There is a ski storage area at each main floor entrance as well as a cyclone ski boot and glove dryer. There is easy access to the back yard and hot tub from either the main floor or the lower level.This amazing getaway is a 1-2 minute drive to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. Skiing, Mountain bike and hiking trail access are quickly accessed from the home.

Why Craig chose Old Town

We looked for almost 3 years before finding Sandridge House. It had a comfortable feel to it the others didn't. We put a lot of work into making it our home and we love letting people stay here while exploring everything Park City has to offer. Park City has a vibe that's hard to explain. You'll know what it is when you get here!

What makes this house unique

Our home has a large private fenced yard, hard to find in Old Town. No other homes crowding space and privacy. There are city steps right next to the home leading you to the action. The house is perched on the hill overlooking Main Street and across to the ski runs. Skiing, Mountain Biking, Golf, and pretty much every other outdoor activity are here to explore. Great restaurants, shopping, and night life abound.

Your home was very well located to Main Street. The aspen were gold, the temperature a bit warm but fall was in the air. Access to mountain bike trails was excellent as well as the restaurants on Main St. We enjoyed our stay very much...the house had all of the dishes and kitchen supplies that we required. Hot tub was nice after a long day on our bikes.



My wife and I will be back again next year to enjoy the fall colors and RIDE.

Gorgeous house, great location, warm and friendly owners!

This house is truly a home away from home. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 kids, and this house was perfect for our group. The location, hot tub, plenty of games and books for kids and adults made our stay very relaxing and fun! The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome - fresh flowers, lip balms and chocolate to awaited us on arrival. They went out of their way to answer all our questions and even provided us with a crib for the infant. If we come back to Park City, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great House, near Main Street

Have stayed in this house two years in a row. Recently renovated with great space on 3 floors. Its in a great location - walking distance to main street / townlift / buses. Great set up for relaxing, cooking, entertaining. Great for groups

Beautiful Home Great Location!

Can't beat this location. Walk outside and down the steps and you are on Main Street, also about a 7 minute walk to the Town Lift. We went with a group of 10 adults and were very comfortable, house is upscale with a lot of high end finishes. We enjoyed the grill and hot tub outside on the spacious deck while overlooking Main Street after spending the day skiing. Great fireplace, TV and built in Sonos sound bar in family room. We will absolutely be coming back. Owners are very friendly and helpful. No need to rent a vehicle when staying at this house.

Literally the best place I've ever stayed

This beautiful home is right up the stairs from the top of Main Street and had everything we needed for our party. We comfortably fit 8 adults and one child during our ten day stay. My four year old enjoyed all the space to run around in and secret hiding places (closets) to hide in. There were even board games and children's books already at the house for him to play with.

We had a big gathering for our film premiere and were able to fit about 30 people very comfortably for pizza and drinks, there are lots of gathering spaces on the main floor.

We also enjoyed the hot tub and were impressed with just how many kitchen appliances, bowls, plates, tupperware, you name it! We had a great stay and would love to book again!

What an incredible vacation home. Excellent property, great location, only one block off Main Street. Easily accommodates two families of 4, without feeling at all crowded. Spacious patio with sitting area, outdoor grill, and hot tub that was ready to go each day after skiing. Location is fantastic, great views of the Mountain, and you are just steps away from the best of Park City shops and dining.

Beautiful and Clean Home Close to Main Street!

I would highly recommend staying here! First of all, it's absolutely adorable with cute features throughout the home. It's extremely clean and the kitchen & all three bathrooms are very nice! We greatly appreciated the warmth of the home and a nice, warm shower after a long cold day of skiing!! My husband's family joined us and it was very roomy and comfortable! We even had our family from Salt Lake City visit several times and there was plenty of room for all 21 of us to mingle and enjoy dinner together. I also like the fact that we could walk down to Main Street for meals or shopping because it was seconds away!

The city wide free shuttle stops less than a minutes walk from the house on Main street, so getting anywhere in the Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons areas could not be easier. All of the excellent dining, shopping, and night life of Park City's Historic Main Street District is a easy stroll down the city steps located next to the property.
