Easy access to everything! Large, well laid-out home on ocean side in quiet neighborhood of North Eastham. Big rooms with all amenities. 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath downstairs, 1 bedroom/ 1 bath upstairs. Slider from dining area leads to large relaxing deck and outdoor enclosed shower. Hardwood floors throughout first floor. Only 1 mile to Nauset Light Beach. Some days you can even hear the ocean from the house! National Seashore is one street away with walking trails. Bike trail is one block away. Less than two miles is Wellfleet drive-in and flea market, mini-golf and driving range, Ben & Jerry's, Dunkin Donuts, 3 general stores/ deli, video store, restaurants, bike rental, liquor store.
